Hi, I’m Erin

For over 20 years I’ve woven clinical training with the messy, beautiful reality of living as a complex human, just like you.

At Evolved Breathing I don’t treat breath as a mere physiological reflex. I invite you into a practice that steadies your body, regulates your nervous system, and opens room for change.

Breathing is the most accessible tool for shifting mental and physical states. I  know it can also feel overwhelming, confusing or blocked.

Together we’ll gently unravel patterns like holding, tightness, or shallow breathing, so you can reclaim ease, clarity, and grounded presence. 

I’ll be with you every step of the way – teaching, listening, and holding the space while you build a practice for a life that feels more whole.
